How do I activate my watch after purchase?
Go to Support section and download the software for Mac or PC. After installing the software, connect the watch to your computer using a cable that came with the watch. Then the watch will be activated automatically and you will be able to use the installed software to adjust the watch settings.
How do I adjust the watch settings?

How do I set the time without a computer?
Press and hold the button for 5 seconds until the digits start flashing – see our video tutorial.
What do I do if my watch runs fast or slow?
You need to calibrate the quartz crystal. First, connect the watch to the software, wait longer than 5 minutes, then turn the watch off and repeat the same cycle in 10-12 hours. If the problem returns, repeat the same procedure.
How long does it take to charge the watch?
Keep charging the watch until the flashing LED changes from red to blue or green. Do not keep the watch on charge for more than 16 hours!
How long is the battery life?
The rechargeable battery retains the charge for 7-10 days of daily use. You may need to replace it after a few years of use, as these batteries tend to degrade over time. Replacement batteries are available.
Will the case scratch easily?
The case is made of 316L stainless steel, which is used by all high-end watch brands. This type of steel is scratch-resistant and does not corrode, and you can also polish it when servicing your watch.
Is the crystal scratch-resistant?
The crystal has a scratch-resistant and anti-reflective coating. We also use heat-strengthened glass, which is virtually scratchproof and impact-resistant.
What do I do if my watch stopped working / broke down / the watch crystal cracked, etc.?

Can I take my watch on a plane?
So far we haven't received any reports of people having problems getting through airport screening while wearing their IN-16 Nixie watch. All the internal components are visible to the security personnel, so it's easy to inspect.
What is a Nixie tube?
The Nixie tube is one of the oldest and retro-futuristic of all digital display technologies: a glass tube containing a wire-mesh anode and multiple cathodes that, when powered, become glowing orange numbers from 0 to 9. In our watch, we used the original retro Nixie tubes from the Cold War era.
What is the average lifetime of a Nixie tube?
IN-16 nixie tubes have a lifetime of 10,000 hours, which means that your indicators will last for more than 10 years if you’re using your watch regularly.
Are the nixie tubes replaceable?
Yes, in our watches we use modular design for the nixie tubes.
Can I use a mobile charger to charge my watch?
Yes, you can. We recommend to use a brand portable power source as the charger, with the charging voltage of DC 5.0 V. Please note: There may be an issue with the portable power sources, since they can't fully charge the watch because most of them have an automatic shut-down function at full energy.
Is it ok to charge my watch with a fast charger?
Do not use a fast charging adapter because it may damage the watch in the long run.
Is there any warranty and how long does it last?
We provide a one-year warranty on all our products (including the Nixie Tubes). If you discover any defects or a breakdown within the warranty period, we will have your watch repaired or replaced if necessary.
When is my warranty activated?
Your warranty is activated when you connect your watch to your computer for the first time.
What if the watch arrives damaged?
Unfortunately, there is always a risk of damage during the shipping. And even the best packaging would not withstand certain circumstances. Please note, that you acquire ownership of the watch and take full responsibility for the risks associated with the watch from the moment when the watch is delivered to you by the shipping company. The shipping company is responsible for notifying you of the arrival of your item.
All visible defects of the watch shall be checked by the shipping company before shipping the watch. You need to visually inspect the watch at the moment of receiving it from the shipping company.
