If the buyer is unable to pick up the purchased item(s), Gelfman offers to arrange delivery by a shipping company.

Our watches are non-refundable, but if you discover a malfunction, please contact our customer service at ilya@gelfman.ch

Unfortunately, there is always a risk of damage during the shipping. And even the best packaging would not withstand certain circumstances. Please note, that you acquire ownership of the watch and take full responsibility for the risks associated with the watch from the moment when the watch is delivered to you by the shipping company. The shipping company is responsible for notifying you of the arrival of your item.

All visible defects of the watch shall be checked by the shipping company before shipping the watch. You need to visually inspect the watch at the moment of receiving it from the shipping company.
